PORK
Our main source of pork comes from the surrey marshes
and has a wonderful taste and texture which we believe
is down to the feeding and natural habitat enjoyed by
the animals. The animals are ginger and black haired
that can withstand the heat of the summers day and cold
winter nights. The sows are good mothers thus reducing
the intervention needed by stock-men.
CHICKEN
Our organic chicken comes from Springfield farm of wales
and is a very tasty bird indeed. They are extremely
meaty and with careful use you can get three meals out
of these birds; your roast, a pasta and a soup! see

GAME
AND OTHER PRODUCTS
All our products & suppliers are carefully selected.
Our honey comes from Tuscany are preserves are made
from fresh English fruits where possible and our mustard's
are made from traditional recipes. Our seasonal range
such as turkeys come from the copas farm and are superb
Kelly bronze birds.
