procure a 'most excellent quality' meats and poultry.
We hand make all our sausages and we cure our own bacon.
The pork used for the sausages and the bacon comes from
the surrey marshes and/or Wiltshire depending on the cut.
Our bacon is soft in texture and has a wonderful flavour.
You do not get that white liquid seeping out when you
cook our bacon. Our sausages are hand made using fresh
herbs and natural skins and are very meaty and have a
wonderful flavour.
Our Burgers are very tasty and we only use sea salt
and black pepper to season them. We do lamb burgers,
chicken burgers, venison burgers, chili burger, spicy
beef burgers, spicy lamb burgers and spicy chicken burgers.
Our kebabs are absolutely gorgeous; for our lamb kebabs
we use leg chump defatted and cubed with fresh peppers;
with our beef we use fillet tail and fresh peppers and
with our chicken we only use chicken breast and fresh
peppers.
